Jennifer Stoute
CO-FOUNDER
Jennifer Stoute was born on April 16, 1965, in Bradford, England. Over the course of her athletic career, she represented Great Britain more than 20 times, competing in two Commonwealth Games and two European Championships, where she earned both gold and silver medals.
The highlight of her career came at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, where she won a bronze medal in the 4x400m relay, cementing her status as one of Britain’s finest sprinters.
Despite her impressive achievements, Jennifer’s career in athletics was cut short due to recurring injuries. However, in 1996, she returned to the public eye as Rebel on the immensely popular television show Gladiators.
Jennifer’s time on Gladiators opened the door to Hollywood, where she worked as a stunt performer in the 2000 blockbuster Gladiator, starring Russell Crowe. Alongside motherhood, Jennifer has successfully combined her expertise in athletics with business by founding an Athletics Agency, where she manages athletes from around the world.
In 2018, Jennifer embarked on a new chapter in her career, signing with Europe’s leading agency, Models1, as a mature model at the age of 53. She has since represented global brands, proving her versatility and timeless appeal.
Now, as Jennifer approaches her 60th birthday, she has taken on a new role to inspire women in her age group to embrace fitness and strength, empowering them to age with confidence and shape the lives they want. This mission reflects her lifelong dedication to motivating others and breaking boundaries.

Qualifying as a level 3 Personal Trainer later in life, alongside raising her three children and experiencing her own issues with peri menopause has given Kate a unique insight into how isolating this journey can be.
As a trusted expert in her field, Kate has become the ‘go-to’ Personal Trainer known for her specialised approach in making sure women are getting the correct evidence-based information on how to train effectively and nourish their bodies through menopause.
